Accountant / Financial Colleague (m/f)
with fluent English for Zagreb Office.
Job description:
Title: Accountant / Financial Colleague (m/f) with fluent English
Place of work: Zagreb
Type of employment: Permanent (Full-Time)
Start date: 01.02.2013.
Responsibilities:
• Processing invoices arriving via fax, electronic channels or post
• Invoice matching, checking before payment
• Recording payments into banking program
• Booking of:
- Bank accounts/statements
- Debtors/suppliers
- Incoming/outgoing payments (cash, bank, compensation)
- Stocks
- Loans
- Fixed assets, depreciation
- Taxes
• Preparing and issuing reports to authorities (mainly to tax offices)
• Preparing Balance sheet and Profit and Loss statement
• Creating ad-hoc reports
• Helping in keeping the processes up to date
• Keep contact with intercompany partners

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years’ active experience in the field of accounting, charted accountant
• Knowledge of accounting laws of Croatia (including the reporting deadlines to authorities)
• Fluent English (Hungarian is advantageous)
• College/University degree in Economic or Finance is advantageous
• Knowledge of BBM is advantageous
• Ability to learn and use ERP system (Octopus)
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
• Team player
