For our client we are looking
ACCOUNTANT (m/f) – Zagreb
Cooperation: External salary Accounting company, Stores
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Accounting
2. Reconciliation
3. Participating in closing procedure
4. Cash journal clearing/ checking
5. Participating in yearly audit
6. Participating in external reviews
Tasks for each area:
1. Accounting
- Processing the monthly cost invoices in SAP
- Processing the monthly goods invoices from domestic vendors
- Posting the daily bank statements into SAP
- Clearing the accounts
2. Reconciliation
- Preparing the monthly/yearly reconciliations with vendors
3.Participating in closing procedures
- Following the monthly closing procedures make the accounts to be ready for comments
4. Cash journal clearing/checking
- Following the procedure monthly clearance of the cash journals in SAP
- Random checking of daily cash reports
- Filing cash reports in the internal filing system
- Reporting big deviations (e.g. big cash differences) to SC and FM.
5. Participating in yearly audit
- Cooperating with the auditors to clarify the company statement
6. Participating in external reviews
