ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)
If you are a person with experience in administration (preferably with exposure to marketing and project management), have passion for the industry and are highly organized, detail oriented and task driven, you are our candidate!
Reporting directly to the Corporate office, this position will appeal to a highly motivated, flexible individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is looking for personal growth.

- At least 1 year experience in administration and/or project management
- University degree (preferable)
- High communication and social skills
- Fluent in Croatian and English, further languages are an advantage
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office), preferably also in basic graphic programs
- Excellent time management skills

Key tasks:
Assist in all administrative matters, as well as in development projects managed by the Corporate office: these tasks will range from office correspondence over coordination with hotel tenants, as well as coordination of special promotional actions and development projects across the property etc.
Identifying and creating basic databases for tracking purposes, coordinating all office work, as well as meetings, will also be part of this position tasks.
