Opis radnog mjesta:
Manpower for its client, a chain of shops selling second hand clothes, shoes, household textile and accessories, is looking for an experienced person to join their team and is therefore inviting eligible candidates to express their interest for a position:

AREA MANAGER FOR SHOPS (m/f)
– Region Dalmatia (available to Zadar, Šibenik or Split area residents only)

Tasks and responsibilities:
- identify new shops at the optimal locations and negotiate the optimal terms of renting agreements
- make and keep the overall budget for the chain of shops
- ensure that the turnover and the surplus for each shop live up to the standards set for shops
- keep the costs at a minimum and always within the budget
- ensure efficiency and productivity
- ensure that all procedures in respect of cash handling are followed by all staff
- ensure that each shop has sufficient security systems
- identify and employ the Shop Managers
- approve all employments of shop staff
- develop training programs for all staff at all levels and ensure that these are carried out according to plan
- make analysis of the annual result (December/January)
- write financial report for the year from each shop and from the whole chain of shops
- hold weekly meeting with all Shop Managers
- reporting regularly to Regional Manager and Director

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Eligibility criteria:
- at least 4 years of experience in the same line of business (fashion&apparel industry)
- able to travel frequently across the area of Rijeka, Zadar, Šibenik, Split, etc.
- available for induction training in Zagreb in the duration of a least one (1) month
- excellent English language skills (C1) – language knowledge will be tested by Manpower

Personal traits:
- extrovert and highly eloquent
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- knowledge transfer and training skills
