Tasks and responsibilities
• Maintaining corporate files and staff files
• Supporting the CM with variety of administrative/office tasks
• Processing and coordinating daily tasks
• Handling contracts, preparing documents
• Writing reports
• Communicating with company clients
• Provide effective and responsive service to clients and contacts
• Other tasks given by supervisor

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements
• bachelor's or master's degree (in administrative law or economics preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• 2 years of experience in this or similar job
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of English or German, spoken and written
• Teamplayer
• Flexibility and professionalism
• Communicative and initiative person
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Valid driving license B category
