Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Recent Master graduates, graduate students and young professionals with 1-2 years of experience;
• Interest in audit and assurance;
• Ability to work in a team environment and a hardworking approach;
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet);
• Fluent in Croatian and having good knowledge of English;
• Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skills;
• Availability to travel.
Our commitment
• You will undergo an intensive induction programme starting in September 2016.
• You will have a ‘Coach’ and a ‘Buddy’ to help you integrate, develop and perform.
• You will undertake a blended learning programme involving: professional qualifications (Statutory Accounting, audit courses, ACCA) and gaining knowledge of the industry and market.
• We will invest in your personal development through soft-skills training to increase your awareness and leadership skills.
