Now we are looking for a
Country sales director (m/f)
who will be located in Zagreb mainly, but regular domestic travels are part of the job.
MAIN TASKS:
• Determines annual sales and profit plans in line with the company’s strategy;
• Allocates individual sales objectives based on forecasting and developing annual sales volumes for regions and salespeople;
• Monitors market trends and competitors’ activities;
• Initiates and implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
• Actively searches new market and business opportunities;
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key business partners;
• Manages national sales results by planning, supervising and controlling employees’ performance;
• Takes full responsibility for the people management of a sales team (cc. 10 employees), including recruiting, counseling, motivating staff;
• Prepares and analyzes annual and periodical reports.
O zaposleniku
• 3-5 years (top) management experience,
• conceptual thinking, problem-solving attitude,
• independent and proactive personality,
• significant experience in client relationship management,
• actively used, advanced level of English knowledge,
• driving license.
