Opis radnog mjesta:
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist (m/f) for our office in Zagreb. The main objective of this role is to meet customers’ needs in customer service and order management. He or she will also be responsible for sales and logistics support and backup of call and order handling staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer service on all inbound and outbound calls
• Process orders, manage backorders, satisfy customers needs
• Issue all necessary documents (invoices, delivery notes, credit notes ) in time and with high precision
• Follow credit policy and process customers in alignment with credit policy
• Follow all internal rules and instructions
• Customer data and commercial conditions maintenance
• Sales communications to sales team and provide sales reports to sales team and management
• Providing back-up support for processes of call and order handling
• Other duties as assigned by line manager.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS& ABILITIES REQUIRED
• At least 2+ years of job experience in the order desk platform, working in SAP program
• College or university degree
• Good MS office knowledge
• Good SAP knowledge & experience
• Proactive, flexible, precise, team worker
• Able to work under pressure,
• Problem solving attitude

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
• Very good/ fluent Croatian and Slovenian and minimum good English
