Introduction:
Takko Fashion is an internationally expanding company in the market segment value fashion, which ambitions and motives in more than 1.900 stores are inspiring our customers. Tasks:
• Responsibility for all expansion activities in the area of Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia.
• Acquisition of new locations as well as relocations in accordance with corporate principles
• Contracts management, including drafting and negotiation and renegotiations according to possible changes
• Active management of existing store portfolio, monitor and analyze shops evolution, develop and implement adequate action plans for each shop
• Optimal cooperation with sales department and construction department
• Development and maintenance of business relationships with external partners (landlords, developers and investors).

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Candidate profile:
• University education (civil engineering, architecture, economy or law)
• At least 5 years’ experience in acquiring locations, including location evaluation and lease contracts management, ideally in retail
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Proactivity and high level of corporate thinking and acting
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Availability to travel extensively
• Very good English knowledge, German knowledge would be an advantage
