Responsibilities:
• Invoicing
- Preparation of outgoing invoices
- Handling incoming invoices, especially data recording in account program and check the propriety of invoices
• Handling outstanding debts
• Preparation of bookkeeping documents for the bookkeeper
• Financial administration
• Daily administration of the office
• Making reports and statistics
• Keeps in touch with the parent company and the accounting department
