Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager CL Balkans
Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for the sales and commercial partnership for international/local accounts. Responsible for sales of CL products at existing customers as well as developing new channels, optimizing value for Philips and the account. Building strong customer intimacy, building the brand, introducing and selling new and innovative products, and driving point of sale presence and activity.
Main Responsibilities:
• Executes processes and policies at accounts (margin, pricing, marketing logistics);
• Maximizes the customer P&L versus AOP/ROFO per key account by implementing relevant components of Integral Customer Management at customer with corner stone the Account Strategy and Strategic Account Plan.
• Ensures Sales targets per account are set and achieved;
• Delivers account specific growth plans;
• Positions new concepts and promotional plans per customer in agreement with CMM ensuring and added value relationship
• Ensures competition is actively benchmarked and acted upon
• Gives structured feedback and conclusions from customers to CMM
• Responsible for accurate Account Promotions plan
• Responsible for AR collection
• Analyze level of stock in trade vs. sell-out performance and propose to the customers corrective action (orders, promotional activities, etc)
• Setup contractual Marketing / COOP budgets for designated accounts
• If calling on international accounts, responsible for solid contribution to international account team, linking to local account strategy, actions, and processes to international, in order to positively contribute to overall account results.
• Propose contractual Marketing / COOP budgets.
