Position: HR Manager, Zagreb - Croatia m/f
Duties and Responsibilities
• HR Manager reports to the Country manager
• HR Manager is resposible for HR management of 120 employees
• basic HR functions (payroll, orientation, salary process)
• maintain/develop relations with the Union, must be a tough negotiator
• works in accordance with Personnel Regulation
• evaluates and classifies Job Application Forms
• performs necessary checks for the salary activities, ensuring the deposit of the employees’ salaries accurately
• recruits personnel in accordance with Personnel Recruitment Guideline
• as per Personnel Registration File Guideline, receives the documents that the personnel presents while setting at work
• holds interviews after the Department On-boarding of the newly-recruited personnel and if personnel has any problem, s/he tries to solve it
• as per Personnel Promotion and Internal Assignment Guideline, follows the proceedings of the personnel to be promoted
• plans and implements on-boarding Training
• in line with the Performance Evaluation Procedure performs implementation, reporting and filing there of
• communicates to the Branch Manager any problem in the operation or any incompliance with the Company procedures, directives and rules
• Executes the verbal instructions given by the Branch Manager in line with the procedures and instructions.
O zaposleniku
• Responsible, hard-working, serious, capable of managing a great number of employees in terms of HR function, accurate, organized, resistent to stress, a good negotiator
• familiar with Croatian Labor Law/Collective agreement
• 8 years experience in HR is obligatory
• University degree ( Law, Economics or other social sciences)
• Excellent written / spoken English ( important)
• F&B industry is a plus
The Client offers:
• Annual gross salary cca. 30 000 Euros (the final amount will be negotiated with the Client as well as other benefits)
• A permanent job ( + 3 month trial period)
• A laptop, mobile phone, transportation payment ( 360 Kuna)
• Starting date: May 2016 on
• Location: Zagreb (the south area of the City)
