On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
International R&D Projects Coordinator (m/f)
Northwest Croatia
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating international projects (EU, USA, China, South Africa)
• Receive top level direction from the Management, Marketing, Sales and Production Teams
• Form, manage and deliver a suitable product development strategy and process
• Responsible for new product development and introduction targets across multiple locations
• Responsible for development budget and timescale
• Participates in meetings with customers and/or suppliers when required
• Responsible for all R&D based KPI's as set by the Division President
• Manage the product based Intellectual Property Portfolio of the Division

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's / Master's degree preferred in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or engineering technology
• Experience in manufacturing setting including five years in project management
• General understanding of patents and their creation process
• International experience
• English Language (Fluent)
• Excellent IT skills
• Creativity and team work
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Remote reporting skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally (few times per year)
