Lead Senior Consultant’s responsibilities in Retail department will be:
- Implementation of the strategy for Retail department
- Leading and developing department in near future
- Creating and fostering existing and new client relationships
- Communication on a regular basis with the clients, striving to understand their needs
- Leading the projects with the objective to add value in the process of selection of properties, negotiation and deal closing
- Conducting the searchesand analysis, compiling tailored data and reports, preparation of surveys, summary reports, presentations
- Selection and training of team members

Required profile:
- To have profound knowledge of legislation and standards, relevant to the job specifics
- Considerable experience in the specific business – commercial real-estate, and in a corporate business environment
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Open and communicative
- Proven negotiation skills
- Able to create and sell new ideas
- Proactive
- Active use of English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence
- 5-7 years of experience
