Our team in Zagreb is looking for a suitable and motivated candidate to join the team and support during implementation period:

Logistics and Service Assistant (m/f)
- Mining and Rock Excavation Technique


You will be responsible for supporting of of logistics and service administration activities during implementation period of a new IT system.

Your job duties

Logistics:
- Process orders for stock;
- Process orders for local and indent sales;
- Register and check credit limits before delivery;
- Verify invoice price from Product Company and other suppliers;
- Acknowledge all orders on time;
- Follow delivery status, follow back orders;
- Arrange delivery, advice delivery status and shipping details;
- Issue equipment invoices;

Service:
- Process spare parts orders and delivery based on service technician, customer and AC distributors requirement;
- Communication with Atlas Copco Distribution center, delivery date check-up;
- Use and maintain of the Service Database (rigs and customers);
- Control of the Atlas Copco service invoices, proper processing and theirs accuracy check-up;
- Invoice service orders, prepare invoice details, archive;
- Control service receivables and communicate with customers;
- Carry out daily administration jobs as instructed by Service Manager.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
We are expecting from you

Experience
- At least part time experience from administration, customer service, planning, logistics field or other relevant experience considered valuable for this position.

Knowledge
- Upper-intermediate English (written, spoken);
Computer literate (MS office, BPCS / SAP knowledge is an advantage).

Educational background
- University graduate.
