The Marketing Assistant position will assist the German Marketing Manager in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads within the German market. This is an entry level marketing position with expose to multifaceted areas of our firm in which full training is provided.
Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant
• Responsibility for translation of B2B text like new product description, sales letter, POS material and external PR information.
• Supporting of German Marketing Manager as a connection link between Germany and global creative team as well as other departments in Croatia.
• Collaborate on the campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business.

Minimum Qualifications of the Marketing Assistant:
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• FLUENT IN GERMAN and ENGLISH
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, PR, Business Administration or related field will be a plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, as well as multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency, creativity and work ethic.
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to build a high level of confidentiality.
• Willingness and positive attitude to do basic administrative tasks when required.
