Procurement Manager (m/f)

located in Sarajevo, who will be responsible for the development and management of all procurement related processes of the Company.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Preparation, coordination and implementation of all types of procurement activities related to domestic and foreign markets as well as alignment and unification of related procurement needs of the Company
• Management of procurement tendering plan, processes, verifications and selection in cooperation with business unit managers
• Analysis of tenders, making of comparison tender review and providing legal and commercial opinion, as well as providing supporting documentation in accordance with internal procedures and legal provisions
• Participation in negotiation with contractors in order to achieve better business conditions
• Documenting all types of procurement processes and making proposals for the Management Board
• Contracts preparation and organizing of contracts' signing
• Supplier management and market benchmark tracking
• Continually developing the Procurement department’s human resources in line with business expectations
• Expert assistance regarding legal regulations and selection of procurement procedures in line with group level regulations
• Written and verbal communication with internal department clients regarding alignment on and achievement of joint targets.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Candidates need to have:
• Bosnian citizenship
• University degree in economics or engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a multinational or FMCG company
• 2 years of experience in management of a team and business processes
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• English language
• Valid driving license
