BILLA, as an international supermarket chain and part of the REWE Group, is looking for a professional, motivated and result-oriented individual to join our successful team on the position of:
Product Manager (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
• Implementation and ensuring compliance with the international and national private label strategy as well as the defined private label listing process
• Identification of potential products through market, customer, competition and internal commodity group analysis, as well as coordination of new product development together with Category Management, Quality Management and international Product Management
• Communication with suppliers regarding agreements and product specifications/product samples
• Product checks and approval with respect to product specification, quality, labelling, product recalls and other food legislative aspects, in cooperation with Quality Management
• Development and coordination of the packaging design based on the agreed corporate identity
• Handling customer queries in connection with private labels
• Adherence to the budget/planned values, evaluation of product performance and corresponding reporting at local and international level

Your profile:
• Completed education in economy/commerce
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Brand affinity in Food and Non-Food
• Excellent IT skills
• English language proficiency; fluency in German of advantage
• High analytical and organisational skills
• Negotiation skills, result orientation and proactivity
