DESIRED EXPERTISE: Project Management, PMP
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years, drilling rigs repair and upgrade projects (shipyard)
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor / Master degree in engineering
LOCATION: Zagreb with national / international assignments
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for:
- Management of business units in focused market sectors with direct oversight of the acquisition, implementation, and successful safe execution of contracts
- Daily interface with company management, project contractors and project team regarding project specifics including engineering analysis, schedule, site survey, value added construction engineering, subcontract management and quality control
- Perform technical evaluation on all designs, determine construction requirements and prepare plans and specifications
- Review project submittals, cost estimates, schedules and drawings
- Overall responsibility for profitability, schedule completion and quality of the projects assigned
- Coordination of estimating efforts, set up and management of all cost reporting
- Updating schedules, management of resources to ensure the continual progression of work
