Scope
Preparation of proposals to improve the procurement and asset management processes of the MOL Group companies to meet the strategic targets and achieve an operational excellence. Supervise and develop the system operations, processes and internal controls in connection with procurement stock and asset management. In case of project tasks, lead and supervise the members of the projects, as well as, being accountable for the result of the project work.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Analyse the procurement, stock and asset management processes of the MOL Group companies and prepare proposals on their improvement opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise projects on the operation area of MOL Group procurement stock and asset management activities.
- In case of implementation of new IT solutions and issuance of new regulations, plan and manage their implementation independently.
- Prepare regulations to establish the operational rules of MOL Group procurement and asset management processes.
Requirements
- University/College degree in Economics or Technical discipline.
- At least 4 years’ experience in procurement, stock and asset management type processes.
- At least 4 years’ experience of ERP related process implementations.
- Project management experience.
- Result-orientation, effective organisation of work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English
- MS Office, ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP R/3
- Driving license and willingness to travel
