For our Client, a leading company in its industry, we are looking for:
QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (m/f)
– Rijeka –
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for preparation and development of corporate quality assurance manual and quality management procedures for ISO 9001:2008 certification.
• Preparation of quality control procedures, project quality plans and inspection and test plant (ITP) for major marine and civil projects.
• Implementation of the quality system and monitoring quality control procedures throughout the company to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
• Carrying out regular internal audits, periodic inspections and recommending improvements; issuing non-conformance report; preparation of general method statements to ensure that all quality aspects of the work are addressed.
• Supervision of site quality managers and site quality engineers. Ensuring that company staff are committed to the company quality system and that work is carried out in accordance with project specifications.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS Degree in Engineering, or a related field with three to seven years of professional experience
• Knowledge of Croatian legislative requirements for QA/QC procedures
• Knowledge & understanding of QA/QC systems
• Solid working knowledge of planning and the ability to develop & deliver effective training
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Speaking languages preferred: Croatian- Italian and/or English.
