Our client is an established international company, leading manufacturer in their sector with over 30 subsidiaries worldwide.
In order to intensify their activities in the region they are looking for a highly motivated person for the position of
Regional Manager for Adriatic region (m/f)
based in Zagreb
This role includes responsibility for servicing, developing and managing a portfolio of accounts in the region, in line with corporate strategy.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Building a strong partnership with existing and new key accounts
• Managing budgets, accounts and sales growth and profitability in line with her/his objectives for each country
• Creating and implementing an annual business plan
• Monitoring the accounts performance against business plan and developing alternative strategies when needed
• Regular visits to customers in the region

Requirements & Skills:
• University degree is preferable
• Several years of experience in sales of building materials, industrial goods or similar, ideally in an international company
• Export / international sales experience is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English language
• PC proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Numerical and analytical skills
• Proactive person able to take initiative
• Drivers license and willingness to travel on a regular basis
