Company Textile House trgovine d.o.o. was founded in 2010 with the aim of opening a chain of retail stores of secondhand clothing, footwear and household textiles. The company in Croatia is part of the corporation Textile House Group headquartered in Bratislava, which operates through a chain of second hand stores (more than 140 branches) in seven countries: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia.
Four our local business we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
Retail Area Manager (m/f)
Dalmatia
Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage a chain of shops selling second hand clothes, shoes, household textile and accessories in region
• Identify new shops at the optimal locations, negotiate the optimal terms of renting agreements, ensure the correct legal documentation and contracts
• Secure that new shops meets the standards for the chain of shops
• Identify and employ the Shop Managers, approve on all employments of shop staff
• Develop training programs for all staff at all levels according to plan and train staff
• Ensure that the staff is well organized and highly motivated
• Ensure the supply of sufficient and the right goods to the shops
• Fulfill the targets in the budget and contribute to the making of the yearly budget
• Find solutions, proposals and take new initiatives for the benefit of the shop
• Ensure efficiency and productivity
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports and statements for all shops
• Promote a friendly, pleasant and busy atmosphere in which everybody thrives and delivers at their best and to their best abilities.
