LEADING INTERNATIONAL DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A SALES EXECUTIVE IN CROATIA REGIONAL OFFICE
Job description:
Person will be responsible for contracting debt collection services in Croatia, analyzing market and prepare estimations on actual and prospecting clients. Initiate and coordinate the implementation of action plans to enter new market segments. Administration management and update on existing Client’s data base. Job includes reporting to the management on sales activity, progress and performance.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
- university or college degree
- ability to communicate professionally in English and Croatian (both written and oral)
- developed computer skills for professional presentation, communication and reporting to the management and clients
- developed numerical and verbal skills
- at least 4 years of relevant sales experience
- verifiable job references
Personality:
- self-confidence, excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
- creativity in sales and negotiating methods
- able to build up a good reputation and represent the company
- good management of assignments, objectives and time orientation
- understanding of the local business environment and dynamics
- active and high energy person able to balance field and office work
Working experience in selling advertisements, press products, consulting, banking or insurance services would be considered as advantages.
