Job: Sales Account Management
Primary Location: Croatia, Zagreb
Organization: Personal Health Market CEE (10012947)
Schedule: Full-time
Travel: 75% of working time
Main purpose of the job:
- Selling & Promoting Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals
- Fully understanding the science behind the product, usages and the market.
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs
- Building strong customer intimacy, building the brand
- Driving point of sale presence and activity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Introducing Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals to gain their trial and recommendation.
- Active sales to dental professionals
- Fully understanding the science behind the product, usages and the market.
- Trainings for distributor, dental professionals
- Achieve all sales quotas
- Attainment of all KPI’s
- Completing all administrative duties as per company policy
- Independent planning of daily activities
- Manage sales expenses responsibly
- Maintain daily standards and expectations
Coordinates with:
- Internal: sales & marketing team, financial team, logistic team
- External: sales peers, mkt peers

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Main Requirements:
- University degree;
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales
- Previous professional experience as a Sales Representative - FMCG/ Retail;
- Very good computer skills - MS Office;
- Driving license, category B;
- Business acumen, understanding the retail business
- Outstanding presentation and influencing skills,
- Excellent organization and coordination skills;
- Readiness for intensive traveling;
- Work experience in an international environment will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent Croatian, good command of English
