Senior Business Architect (m/f)
An appropriate candidate should be a matured and self motivated individual who will provide comprehensive lead for assigned projects. Also, he/she should be experienced person who will play the lead consulting & advisory role by working closely with both business and IT executives in discussing and shaping solutions. He/she should possess keen interest and experience in banking and technology, as well as, team leading and managing skills. As Senior Business Architect he/she will be responsible for helping in shaping technical/functional strategy for the system and working closely with the business teams in determining what solution alternatives exist for given business challenges.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technologies, Engineering or Mathematics required or compelling IT/Banking experience
• 5+ years of experience in successfully delivering complex banking technology projects or compelling IT/Banking experience
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform under highly demanding environment
• History of meeting/exceeding deadlines and delivering high quality results
• Experience in leading teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to absorb and present large amounts of detail through various forms of communications
• Must have strong documentation skills
• Database, Web technologies and Enterprise JAVA knowledge
• In-depth business knowledge/understanding of, at least, one of the banking segments such as accounting, risk management, retail and corporate products and processes, treasury etc. is an advantage, as is knowledge and experience in the core banking implementations.
• Must be available to participate on long-term projects outside of Croatia
