Job Description:
- Responsible for the risk assessment of customers, negotiating and managing security arrangements, establishment of appropriate credit limits (up to 1.000.000 $)
- Responsible for the analysis of the overall credit exposure & the re-assessment of credit-worthiness of customers based on re-evaluation triggers and timelines.
- Accountable for operationalizing strategies locally with the respective stakeholders to ensure support in respect of all credit assessment issues, especially in volatile situations/businesses where risks to the business are high (Global credit crisis/high oil prices).
- Provide assistance to business with key analytical recommendations to support and challenge the business in their market growth/consolidation efforts to insure overall portfolio risk remains balanced.
- Regularly meet with business units to review portfolio risk and present the credit perspective for specific high-risk exposure analysis.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related Finance/Business
- Minimum 3 years relevant credit or financial experience demonstrating strong financial analysis skills
- English C1
- Slovenian or Serbian or Croatian C1
- Strong diplomatic negotiating skills with ability to make tough decisions and implement action steps to resolve credit issues while maintaining customer relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities for team projects with ability to motivate team efforts and lead and influence outside organizational boundaries.
- Strong aptitude for managing processes and driving towards best-in-class process performance
- Continues Improvement mindset
- Managerial experience will be an asset
