Job description:
• Conduct trainings at Importer Training Center (TC) to provide technical proficiency of Importer technicians.
• Assist in determining best product portfolio for each Importer country.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Axalta standards.
• Visit VIP customers and conduct trainings at their location in assistance of Importer.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending Brand trainings (shoot outs, colour etc.) at centre TC/IC as representative of Central Europe (CE).
• Interact with Product Team to ensure exchange of information.
• Contribute to CE Budget Targets.
Qualification:
• Language : English + Other CE languages desired
• Car Refinisher Painter skills
• Dynamic, Good Communication, Interpersonal Qualities,
Team Player, Self Confidence, Self-Managing
• Presentations, Technical Zeal, Computer literacy.
