JOB DESCRIPTION
LOCATION: Zagreb, Croatia
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager Commercial tires Slo/ExYu
The main purpose of the role:
• To support the country business plan in achieving sales & profit objectives for commercial tire products for the assigned customers. The function links the fully integrated tire service concept, replacement new tires, retread management, mileage offer and OE.
• Increase company's image on the market by presenting him/herself in a professional manner. Demonstrate passion for the truck tires industry.
• Develop a service adding network: Select, train and develop Truck Force service providers; Select train and develop Next Tread partners.
• Cooperates with supporting and other sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collects information concerning market developments, competition movements on both tire market and automotive industry.

• Fluent in English and Croatian
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales, technical industry
• Experience in managing smaller teams, running an office
• Good business awareness
• Multicultural sensitivity
• Full of initiative, drive and personal commitment
• Strong result orientation and performance focus, customer orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with different department
• Strong potential for managerial role, strategic outlook, holistic approach
• Desire for career development in multinational environment
