Oglasnik d.o.o. is the leading brand in classified advertising in Croatia with 17 years of experience in print publication market. The Company produces 3 publications: Oglasnik, Oglasnik Automoto, Oglasnik Nekretnine and have 3 websites oglasnik.hr, auti.hr and nekretnine.net. Company employs more than 100 employees and since 2004 is majority owned by Trader Media East, the leader in online and print classified advertising in Central and Eastern Europe.
We are offering you the possibility to become a member of our successful team in the following position:
Webmaster (m/f)
This Position will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining company's websites.
Responsibilities:
- Managing toolkit templates system – Velocity
- Programming and supporting external modules (J2EE with toolkit API) – payments and import/export modules
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of XHTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript and other W3C standards
- Good knowledge of Linux (shell, perl, vi, ssh, scp)
- Experience with SVN environment
- At least basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- J2EE (jsp, servlets, spring, struts, hibernate), Velocity, Apache/Tomcat servers
- Solid understanding of information architecture, UI design and web usability issues
- Experience and understanding of the various platform constraints, browser versions etc.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- At least 3 years of experience that is related to the duties specified (webmaster/programmer or developer position)
- English - advanced verbal and written communication skills
