As an Account Development Manager in Croatia, you will play a crucial role in exploring and expanding into new markets, leveraging existing solutions to create a competitive edge.
Your efforts will be vital in deploying new growth levers for the company, ensuring that Michelin continues to lead and innovate in the mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage Sales Pipeline and Develop New Opportunities: Oversee the existing sales pipeline and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Screen Business Deals: Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials to evaluate options and prioritize internal recommendations for investments.
Identify Potential Partners: Seek out and propose potential business deals by establishing contacts with prospective partners.
Develop Negotiation Strategies: Formulate strategies by integrating new ventures with Michelin's existing strategies and operations, assessing risks and potentials, and estimating partners' needs and goals.
Close Business Deals: Coordinate and manage the requirements, development, and negotiation of contracts, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
Lead Account Managers: Guide and direct Account Managers to fully understand evolving operational and strategic customer needs, ensuring alignment with Michelin’s objectives.

The contract will be determined in the first 6 months and after that permanent.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications and Requirements:
• English at minimum B2 level;
• Proven 3 years’ experience in Sales;
• Economics & Business or Technical University education;
• MS Office advance skills and digital literacy;
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sales results;
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills;
• High level of self-motivation and autonomy;
• Experience in managing customer relationships and developing networks;
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the tire or automotive industry;
• Technical knowledge of products and services in the industry.
