Duties
The incumbent serves as the Department of Justice´s (DOJ) International Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property Adviser’s (ICHIP) Administrative Specialist (AS). The AS’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the ICHIP increase cybercrime prosecutions and cybercrime and digital evidence capacity building regionally by supporting the office´s financial management, organization, reporting, vouchering, procurement functions and oversight of contractors. The AS will also arrange travel, meetings, keep and update daily agendas for the ICHIP and for the ICHIP Legal Adviser (LA). The AS will also arrange logistics and invitational travel for temporary duty personnel where necessary. Lastly, assists the ICHIP LES Legal Advisor (LA) with interpretation and translation as needed for the ICHIP Zagreb office. The ICHIP Zagreb Office covers Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe and the Caucasus Region.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of administrative, logistical, financial, legal or law enforcement work is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of office management, budget management, travel management, procurement, event organization and management, and secretarial skills. General familiarity with Croatia's legal, criminal justice, political, economic, and commercial structures as well as relevant laws, regulations and business customs.

College (2 years) or University studies is required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer skills in Microsoft Office, the internet, and other information technology equipment and services is required. Multi-tasking, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle and execute complex budgetary and administrative tasks in a timely manner, strong organizational skills for events and otherwise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to render objective and sound advice is required. The ability to manage all aspects of an office and to arrange all logistical aspects of events is also required.
