After Sales Specialist (m/f)

As an international Group of companies operating in West Balkans, we are covering our territories in terms of sales of new and used CAT machines, engines and gensets, rental of equipment and product support through distribution of spare parts and service.
In order to follow the further development of market opportunities and company goals, we are currently inviting a motivated and ambitious person to a Group position:
After Sales Specialist (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Main tasks:
- Using the broad knowledge, supplier’s catalogs and various analyses to prepare the adequate list of parts according to the specific need
- Support field sales force on quote preparation and tenders, always aiming to provide the best solution for customers
- Introduce, tailor and implement various marketing plans, to boost the profitability of parts department

We expect:
- At least a high school diploma (technical or business orientation)
- Strong technical background
- Analytical mind combined with strong computer knowledge on databases
- Fluency in English
- Basic business skills
- Availability to travel around the region
- Strong technical background
