ML System S.A. is one of the first European companies being able to design and manufacture BIPV products (building integrated photovoltaics). Our main objective is to offer an alternative to standard building materials, which apart from the construction purposes, produce green energy from the sunlight. In line with our expansion strategy, we seek to increase our sales on the Adriatic markets.
Position:
Area Sales Manager – Croatia and Adriatic markets
Scope of responsibilities:
- Increasing sales of the company on the local market;
- Establishing and expanding the customer base;
- Creating contacts and positive relationships with customers, architects and investors;
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market;
- Preparing the commercial offers (with the support of technical team located at company’s headquarters);
- Active contribution in creating positive image of the company on the new markets;
- Analysis of marketing tools used to increase sales on the market;
- Preparing sales documentation and coordination of contracts with the local customers;

- Appropriate education (preferable Technical / Commercial oriented fields);
- Fluent knowledge of Croatian language; communicative level of English;
- Knowledge of the building market / glass / aluminium, will be a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure of time;
- Success oriented;
- Able to work independently;
- Highly developed negotiation skills;
- Driving licence (category B);
