AREA SALES MANAGER (m/f)
Region: Zagreb + Croatia (other regions)
Job summary:
Responsibility for management of Unimed Pharma in Croatia and Slovenia, including responsibility for economic and professional aspects. Representing and deputing the employer in relationship to state institutions in relation to the operation for Croatia and Slovenia. Daily contact with the HQ in Slovakia. Daily management and inspection of medical representatives and subordinated employees. Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to HQ.

Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary, Stomatology
- experience at similar positions
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
- valid driving license (B cat)
- residence in Zagreb or surrounding area
Candidate's profile:
- excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentatiional skills + PC skills/MS Office/Android
- relevant work experience is preferred, but not essential
- ability to manage teams, ability to meet targets
- willingness to work with enthusiasm in a competitive working environment
- active and positive approach, problem solving skills
- willingness to travel and work in a team
