Back Office Specialist (m/f) with Croatian

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inquiries through various communication channels
  • Following procedures and maintaining service quality
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Preparing and updating records related to inquiries
  • Completing other tasks assigned by the Client

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of customer service experience
  • Native knowledge of the Croatian language
  • Communicative level of English (min. B2) - a must!
  • Hardworking attitude
  • Good communication skills (ease of connecting with others)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Teamwork abilities
  • Punctuality
