Responsibilities:
- Managing inquiries through various communication channels
- Following procedures and maintaining service quality
- Collaborating with other departments
- Preparing and updating records related to inquiries
- Completing other tasks assigned by the Client
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of customer service experience
- Native knowledge of the Croatian language
- Communicative level of English (min. B2) - a must!
- Hardworking attitude
- Good communication skills (ease of connecting with others)
- Strong organizational skills
- Teamwork abilities
- Punctuality
