On behalf of our client, a successful global skincare company Beiersdorf, we are looking for someone who can show ambition, accept changes, and take responsibility in the position of Brand (Activation) Manager (m/f).

Your Tasks:
- As a Brand Manager you define and execute overall brand marketing strategy and plans for respective category/brands ensuring the delivery of agreed category share, net sales, GM and brand targets and alignment with MU, regional and global brand strategy. You also ensure all plans are tailored to local consumer insights and needs.
- You also create and execute a detailed annual marketing plan including ATL, BTL, Digital, Media/PR ensuring delivery of agreed market share, profit and brand equity target.
- Drives and delivers maximum brand activity synchronization across all media and retail channels in close cooperation with Shopper & Customer Marketing, including category management, BTL & POS material.
- Creates and adapts, in conjunction with third party agencies and in agreement with the Head of Marketing Adriatic, marketing communication for respective brands (in particular ATL) to meet the requirements of the local market and in alignment to company strategy.
- Monitors and reports on own brand and competitor performance driving interventions to improve results.
- Manages marketing budget in line with agreed parameters, avoiding overspends or underspends and to protect profit if needed.
- Manages and builds relationships with third-party agencies in order to deliver best in class and cost-effective marketing campaigns.
- As a Brand Manager you implement tools to evaluate media activity ensuring opportunities and recommendations to improve performance are addressed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing, Master's preferred
- Marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, skin or personal care
- International and cross-functional experience is beneficial
- Proven record in successful go to market campaigns
- Full knowledge of all digital marketing concepts and tools such as search, influencer marketing strategy and eCRM
- Hand-on experience with media campaigns
- Strong analytical skills

- Fluent in English and Croatian
