Workforce has partnered with a renowned and international company engaged in the field of production of reusable packaging. We are looking for an analytical and dedicated team member to support their further expansion.
Business Analyst (m/f)
Location of work: Hum na Sutli or Vojnić
About the position:
- The business analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations reporting in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. The business analyst is responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to identified areas for improvements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyzes and understands business problems or opportunities
- Undertakes research and analysis to understand how a business area works, considering the people, organization, processes, information, data and technology
- Identifies areas for improvement, explores feasible options, analyses the effects of change, and defines success measures
- Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, develops strategies and solutions
- Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and creates useful reports
- Establish and maintain communication channels with leadership and key team members for data gathering/analysis and to support their business requirements
- Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Extracts data from ERP systems for use in analytics, business intelligence tools and reporting
- Creates, validates and promotes mathematical models to report performance, model suppliers and industry to assist in the decision-making processes
- Undertakes research and analysis to understand how a business area works, considering the people, organization, processes, information, data and technology
Skills and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in economy or mathematics
- Strong organizational, verbal communication and writing skills
- Desirable work experience in the same or similar job role
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 minimum)
- Proficient user of quantitative applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and BI, ERP and/or SQL Server
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and work ethics
- Strong organizational, verbal communication and writing skills
