Main responsibilities:
• identifying new business opportunities:
◦ researching and analyzing market trends, competition, and potential customers.
◦ opening doors and organizing meetings with potential clients
• building and maintaining relationships:
◦ developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
◦ networking to establish connections that could lead to business opportunities
• strategic planning:
◦ working closely with arhitects, designers and project management teams to align efforts with business goals
• sales and revenue growth:
◦ driving sales efforts to meet or exceed targets
• Market Research and Analysis:
◦ conducting research to understand customer needs, market conditions, and industry trends.
◦ using data to inform decision-making and strategy development

Independence in work is required, along with the initial introduction to the job.
Regarding to the task of expanding the business network, the Business Development Manager must have experience in the tasks of direct sales, arranging meetings and independent acquisition of clients.
