For our client, a successful international company engaged in the distribution of consumer electronics and lifestyle brands, we are looking for highly motivated, results driven and experienced candidate to bring their business on the next level as a:
Business Development Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
What would your responsibilities be?
- Selling and promoting company brands on Croatian and Slovenian market
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing relationships
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Planning and implementing sales and marketing activities
- Conducting market analysis to improve practices and adapt the sales strategy
- Preparing and updating contracts
- Achieving budgeted targets
- Conducting various sales reports
What do we expect from an ideal candidate?
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in consumer electronics retail
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Driving license
- Good knowledge of the market and customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Creative and proactive approach to work
- Passion for an active lifestyle
