For our client, one of the famous wholesaler of metallurgical material, we're seeking a responsible and motivated candidate to work from Croatia for the position:
Business development representative for Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)
Location: Croatia
Job description:
- commissioning and undertaking market research, analysing the findings and planning advertising, marketing and public relations activities
- supporting business growth and development of the mother company through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programmes; planning and organizing publicity campaigns
- visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on marketing opportunities
- quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms and supporting the mother-company by completing contracts
- performs preliminary and preparatory activities to improve the sale of metal sheets and other metallurgical material
- performs common administrative duties
- the Employee is obliged to follow the operating instructions for work, the procedure of giving orders by Employer, and the working relations which may change during the employment relationship under the needs of the work process
- performing other instructions of the employer and/or supervisor
- supporting business growth and development of the mother company through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programmes; planning and organizing publicity campaigns
Requirements:
- preferably experience in sales or business development (3+years)
- higher education (technical or economic background)
- English B2, German apprecciated
- professional skills include proficiency in sales and marketing, effective communication, strong teamwork abilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
- soft skills encompass responsibility, precision, proactiveness, loyalty, honesty, discipline, and discretion
- knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- preferred experience in the steel industry, but not required
- higher education (technical or economic background)
