Business Development Specialist (m/ž)

Our client is one of the leading global companies in the field of general lighting for professional and private consumers, offering a wide range of LED luminaires, advanced LED bulbs, intelligent solutions, as well as traditional light bulbs. With offices in over 50 countries and operations in more than 140 countries, our client has an exceptional global market approach built on reliable, long-term customer relationships and a strong distribution network.

We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join their team in the position of Business Development Specialist.


  • responsible for business development and sales in the Project Sales channel for Luminaires and Electronic components
  • ​​​​​​​establish and maintain relationships with key players such as electrical planners, architects, and property developers ​​​​​​​
  • develop and strengthen cooperation with key accounts to increase product share
  • ​​​​​​​identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to support commercial growth ​​​​​​​
  • support key account customers, focusing on Project Sales and increasing Share-of-Wallet for products
  • ​​​​​​​coordinate sales activities, from offering to contract closure and delivery
  • create market awareness for through presentations and client events
  • analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
  • monitor turnovers, profitability, and payments from key accounts
  • uphold the company’s image and follow internal sales policies.
  • ​​​​​​​5+ years of experience in selling professional luminaires or similar products ​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​experience working with planners, architects, general contractors, and property developers
  • ​​​​​​​strong sales skills with a proactive and positive attitude ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities ​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​willingness to travel within the country.
