As we are growing , we are looking for a new set of competencies in our team. Involvement and support in all activities concerning corporate strategy and business development and market analysis. Project portfolio management for Strategy projects and elaboration of business cases.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Project portfolio management for Strategy projects - detailed monthly follow up, more than 100 projects and more than 20 project managers (seperate PMO needs to be in place supporting all strategy project leaders)
- Concept development vertical integration and diversification (for selected businesscases)
- Continuous monitoring of desired markets (markets & bulletpoints defined by Head of BD)
- Development of concepts to enter new markets
- Coordinating business development projects
- Research activites in our defined innovation search fields
- Strategy & Business supporting the continued development of processes and activities
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree (economical, technical)
- Preferably 2+ years of professional experience
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Availability to travel frequently
- Excellent active listening, communication and assertive skills
- Analytical Thinking
- Developed personal efficiency and organizational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, multitask, and effectively prioritize
- Task management - process of managing a task through its life cycle. It involves planning, testing, tracking, and reporting
