Join our Business Intelligence team in Zagreb as Business Intelligence Analyst and you will transform data into insights that drive business value using data analytics and visualization techniques and technologies.
We offer full time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to capture business data requirements.
- Design Dashboards and Reports in Power BI to deliver compelling insights and shape critical business decisions.
- Empowering users to adopt existing BI tools, driving self-service Business Intelligence.
- Business analysis of sales and consumer data.
- Presenting your findings to key stakeholders on all organizational levels.
- Collaboration with backend team in maintenance and upgrades of Data warehouse. infrastructure based on business data requirements.
- Participation in multi-functional projects as a BI expert.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience on analytical & reporting positions: creating dashboards, handling datasets and performing data analysis in Data visualizations tools and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and reporting tools.
- Highly analytical and curious mindset able to quickly identify relevant issues.
- Capability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different audiences, aiming to deliver insights and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to translate business requests into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI; data modelling, DAX, and Power BI ecosystem capabilities,
- Basic knowledge of SQL language,
- Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts,
- Excellent Excel knowledge.
- Work with BI and IT professionals in a friendly and open atmosphere and collaborate with diverse business teams.
