Business Planner (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Business Planner requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Managing and maintaining the NorthStar forecasting and promotional planning tool, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for the ADBA region.
• Collaborating with Sales Analysts, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Category Leads, actively participating in data governance and validation processes to ensure accurate master data and pricing group maintenance.
• Updating the NorthStar tool with actual sales data and conducting initial profitability analyses to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing comprehensive unit and value forecasts (launch, promotional, and baseline) for four key markets: Macedonia (MAK), Montenegro (MNE), Albania (ALB), and Kosovo (KOS).
• Aggregating and analyzing sales forecasts, identifying potential gaps between projected and realized results.
• Working closely with Sales, Business Planners, Sales Analysts, Demand Planners, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between forecasting, planning, and execution.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Has at least 2 years of experience in similar fields
• Has experience of working on database management and planning
• Is target oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Can work in dynamic environment
• Has excellent project management and organizational skills
• Is data driven and has strong analytical skills
• Has excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
• Has strong computer skills (advanced MS Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI or BI tools in general are an advantage
• Is fluent in English and Croatian language
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
