Business Planner(m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal Luxury Division and be a driving force in the future of luxury brands in L'Oréal. Position of Business Planner requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Partnering with Customer and Retail directors, Key account Managers and Retail Managers to construct and manage comprehensive commercial forecasts, leveraging tools like Trend Planner and Excel.
• Identifying proactively risks and opportunities, driving data-driven decisions to maximize sales performance and achieve budget targets.
• Facilitating the weekly commercial planning process, providing clear visibility into sales projections across all accounts and channels.
• Supporting Chief Growth Officer in monthly meetings to finalize and validate the forecast for new product launches and promotional activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Customer Care, Credit team) to optimize forecasting accuracy and ensure seamless product delivery.
• Developing and maintaining robust planning models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking at both global and divisional level.
• Analyzing sales data to uncover growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to the CGO organization.
• Leading launch performance analysis, from pre-launch potential to post-launch optimization, maximizing the impact of key product innovations.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Has at least 2 years of experience in similar fields
• Can manage complex projects and has experience in maintaining business planning calendar
• Has excellent project management and organizational skills
• Has strong data visualization skills and can create clear and compelling presentations and reports
• Is data driven and has strong analytical skills
• Has strong understanding of key business drivers
• Has excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
• Has strong computer skills (advanced Excel and TrendPlanner)
• Has a driving license
• Is fluent in English and Croatian language
