Business Process Analyst (m/f)

We are a global productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure customers. With ground-breaking technology, we develop and produce innovative drill rigs, rock excavation and construction equipment tools for surface and underground applications.
We are searching for a friendly and competent colleague to our Regional Team. We are a diverse team and will be happy to welcome a female or a male colleague among us.

So, what will be your job?
- We will teach you, where to find required process information, and enroll you into our worldwide training activities. You will regularly upgrade your skills and qualification and learn about processes in service such as warranty and goodwill process, service workshop performance, service business cases creation etc.
- We will teach you all about our service contracts, so that you can become a consultant and advisor on their financial aspects.
- After initial training, you will take complete responsibility for parts and services analytical reporting. You will also identify possible improvements and efficiencies.
- Our Regional Business Controller will lead you and introduce you to our Central Europe controlling community and your direct manager, Regional Business Line Manager Parts and Service will introduce you in all of our service teams.
- Essential part of your time will be dedicated to parts and services data: reports, dashboards, key performance indicators. You will interpret them in cooperation of the Regional Business Manager and support him to prepare a good action plan
- We will involve you into digitalization projects such as robotic process automation to reduce manual data processing.
- You will grow in your position and step by step get into a big picture perception, getting closer to the business: analyzing the business potential, direct and indirect business channels follow up and price increase evaluation.

What should you know?
- You are ready to continue in your 2+ years long business analyst career, use what you already learned and improve further;
- Your IT knowledge is on advanced user level with willingness to develop in this field; practical experience in using analytical tools as MS Excel and Power BI Power point, SQL and other key protocols.
- Practical experience in finance and working with ERP systems as M3, SAP or SAP BIBO/ BW is advantage.
- You are a process thinker and you are able to focus on details, if required;
- You like explaining what is behind the figures and coaching colleagues to understand complexities.
- You are open and positive and you are ready to give and accept feedback to further grow;
- Your English is minimum on upper-Intermediate level both verbal and written (ability to understand and reply to the business questions and interpret figures);
- You are ready to travel within region of Central and Eastern Europe;
- Experience working in an international diverse environment is advantage.
