- Creating and developing strong, long-term relationships with customers by collaborating with them and understanding their needs
- Maximizing opportunities for profitable sales by deeply understanding the complexities of the customer's channel or business and building long-term relationships based on trust and honesty with the customer's management team
- Developing sales of semi-finished poultry products with existing customers
- Achieving agreed sales volumes
- Working closely with the new product development and production departments
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

O zaposleniku
- Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price and package for retail customers
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Prior related experience, preferably further processed and fresh meat products market (preferably poultry), Food /Beverage, etc
- Experience managing budgets.
- Fluent in English language and local language
- Advanced selling skills
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Independent, good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Team player with initiative and excellent communications skills
- Above average Computer literacy
- Flexibility
- Driver's license and personal car.
