For our Croatian operation we are looking for:
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (m/f)
/ Zagreb, Split /
Position Responsibilities:
- Development of residential and logistics projects in Croatia (Krk Island, Zagreb region, Dalmatia)
- Permitting process
- Cost-planning
- Project financing in cooperation with RC financial department
- Construction organization and technical supervision
- Close cooperation with the Country Manager and other colleagues from the Czech Republic
Position Requirements:
- Architect, Civil Engineer
- Experience in construction works in Croatia in the field of development / logistics / residential
- Excellent knowledge of English language / certificates / advantage in case of knowing Czech or Slovakian language
- AutoCAD knowledge (drawing)
- Advance level of MS Office software package
- Communicative, organized, systematic, dedicated person
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional presentation and appearance
- B drivers license
