Consultant in Occupier Services Department (m/f)

In addition, you should have:
- 2-3 years of working experience in a service- & client-oriented industry
- Strong interest in commercial real estate
- (be) Native Croatian speaker with excellent English language skills, ability to communicate clearly and decisively with clients (in writing and verbally)
- Analytical skills with excellent orientation to detail
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a part of the team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Valid driving license B category
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
Discover your day-to-day responsibilities:
- You will learn how to advise local and international clients, working with an experienced mentor, and alongside senior consultants on numerous interesting projects
- Actively involved in the project transaction process with a focus on client communication, attendance at client meetings, aiming to support sales and negotiation processes
- Maintaining a highly professional appearance and acting in line with high ethical standards and integrity
- Producing proposals, brochures and related marketing/offer packages for clients
- Heavily involved in cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in closing the deals
- Assisting with site tours and presentations
- Maintaining company databases to track prospects and business opportunities, along with keeping the confidentiality of our database and records
